Install instructions
To get this on your Oculus(Meta) Quest headset, either use SideQuest or insert the file into your headset and open Mobile VR Station. Then, go into local files, then all folders, then android, then data, then scoped storage actions, then request access. Then, a window should open up. At the top of the screen, press Quest 2/3, then go to downloads. Then, find menkeytag.apk, and press the full screen button. Then press continue and install. Then go into App library, then unknown sources. Menkey Tag should show.
